Topic: Four Steps to Helping Your Child with Executive Functioning

What You Will Learn: The road to social-emotional learning starts with small steps. These foundational steps are also the basis for tackling executive function challenges. Let’s explore the path to social and emotional strength/success and executive function competence by learning about the WISE Model, an approach that incorporates Wisdom, Intentionality, Self-care, and Everyday Strategies in supporting children through mindful parenting. We will also learn how to use everyday routines and activities as opportunities for in-the-moment teaching as an “add-in” support, rather than “add-on.” Conscious parenting doesn’t have to be overwhelming! You can be your child’s best social-emotional coach and parent with confidence and ease. You will also receive a free copy of the WISE parenting journal and roadmap from the Make It Stick online course.
