About Crista

With over 30 years of experience in education and coaching, Crista A. Hopp has worked with a diverse range of students, including those with intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges, as well as students without challenges.

She is the founder of Connected Pathways Coaching, where she leads a team of six certified coaches. Our belief is that every brain is unique and we are committed to helping students find the right tools for their individual needs. 

She is also the founder of Connected Pathways Academy, where she helps educators develop the essential executive function skills needed to support student success.

When she’s not coaching, Crista’s quirky cat, Fiona, often makes surprise appearances in her virtual sessions, adding a touch of fun to the learning process. Frontal Fiona, a brain figure that represents the brand, also brings a unique twist to the sessions, symbolizing the focus on executive function development.
