About Michael: Michael McLeod is an ADHD/Executive Function Specialist. Michael received his masters from Lehman College in New York City in 2015. He is the owner of GrowNOW ADHD, located in Philadelphia, PA. Michael is the creator of the evidence-based GrowNOW Internal Language Model for Strengthening Executive Functions, Independence, and Resiliency. Michael has presented on this model and trained staff across the country and internationally. He has trained numerous school districts, therapeutic staff, and parents to help them reframe Executive Functions and help the children they serve in a more meaningful way.
