  • Elaine Taylor-Klaus and Diane Dempster understand first-hand that traditional parenting advice doesn’t work for all kids, especially when they face executive function challenges and are managing issues like ADHD, anxiety, autism, LD, and more. After becoming certified as professional coaches, they realized that coaching skills worked wonders for their complex kids -- and it wasn't rocket science. It was something they could teach to other parents!  
  • So they co-founded ImpactADHD® in 2011 to educate and coach parents of complex kids (and the professionals who support them). Making coaching skills and tools practical and accessible, they've supported millions of parents all over the world. Now ImpactParents.com hosts an award-wining blog and the popular podcast, Parenting with Impact.
