1. LOGGING IN FOR THE 1st TIME? 

When you purchased a 2019, 2020, or 2021, you got an email to set up your username and password. Use those credentials to sign in.


2. I lost my Username or Password?

Go to the exact inbox you signed up with, and search for an email with the subject:

“CONGRATS! Your TEFOS All-Access Pass Login Info is HERE”

Or email us: support@sethperler.com  from the exact email account you purchased from, so we can locate your account and help you out.


3. Is my username and password the SAME for all years?

For 2019, 2020, 2021 use the SAME login info. 

For 2022 and after, you created a DIFFERENT username and password. 

To locate this info, search your inbox for “TEFOS All-Access Pass”.

4. WEIRD LOGIN PROBLEM? 

Some tech things don’t “play nice with each other”, and this can cause glitchy login problems. 

Some suffixes tend to be more problematic: @aol.com, @hotmail.com, @.edu, @xkes.ma.

6. WHEN WILL I GET AN EMAIL RESPONSE?

Within 48 hours. Feel free to nudge us in case we didn’t see your email.

7. TECH PROBLEMS? Try these:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Try a different browser, incase there are compatibility issues.
  3. Restart browser, computer, and/or wifi.
  4. Clear the history or cache in your browser (be careful not to lose your saved passwords).
  5. Use a different device incase there are compatibility issues.
