BIO

Eric Kaufmann, MS.Ed, is a Professional Educational Therapist and Executive Function Coach. He is the co-founder of UpSkill Specialists, an online adult executive function coaching company guiding neurodivergent adults in living more organized, less stressful, happier, and healthier lives.

Eric is also the founder of Elevate Learning Solutions, an Educational Therapy practice located in San Clemente, CA, that supports neurodivergent students in becoming independent and confident students and self-leaders.

Eric balances work with surfing nearly every morning and emphasizes the importance of movement with his clients. When the surf is flat, Eric, his wife, and their dog also enjoy backpacking and snowboarding in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
