Dr. Destiny Huff, LPC, is a late-diagnosed Autistic and ADHD therapist, special education advocate, speaker, consultant, and parent of two neurodivergent learners. Through Destiny Huff Consulting, LLC, she supports families, educators, and organizations in understanding special education, IEP advocacy, neuroaffirming practices, disability inclusion, regulation, behavior through a needs-based lens, and the intersection of race, disability, and access.
Dr. Huff provides IEP coaching, parent consultation, professional development, trainings, consulting, digital resources, and courses designed to help families and school teams move beyond compliance and toward meaningful access, dignity, and learner-centered support. She is also the author of Neuroaffirming Advocacy: A Neuroaffirming Guide To Special Education Services, host and speaker for neuroaffirming summits, and co-host of The Affirming Village podcast, where she and Lisa Baskin Wright discuss parenting, advocacy, disability, education, and neurodivergent family life.
