Workshop 1: How to Help Your ADHD Student Speak Up for Themselves at School
Brooke Schnittman, MA, PCC, BCC, is an ADHD coach, bestselling author of *Activate Your ADHD Potential*, and founder of Coaching With Brooke. Before becoming an ADHD coach, Brooke spent over 15 years in special education and school leadership, so she understands ADHD students from the classroom, the IEP table, the parent side, and the coaching side.
Brooke was diagnosed with ADHD at 35, six months into coaching other people with ADHD. Her whole household has ADHD too, so the strategies she teaches parents and educators are the ones she actually uses in real life. With 22 years across education and ADHD coaching, Brooke and her team help students move from missed assignments, morning battles, emotional blowups, school avoidance, and constant reminders to systems they can actually use with more independence.
Through student ADHD coaching, parent support, professional training, and the 3C Activation Student ADHD Coach Training, Brooke teaches the three things every ADHD student needs to function: Control, Consistency, and Confidence. Parents, educators, coaches, and helping professionals who want training in Brooke’s ADHD student support framework can join her upcoming Student ADHD Coach Training Q&A here: https://bit.ly/StudentCoachQandA. Brooke hosts the *SuccessFULL With ADHD* podcast and has been featured in ADDitude, CHADD, Forbes, Entrepreneur, CBS, NBC, and Fox. She holds an MA in Students with Disabilities from NYU.
