Alisha Grogan, MOT, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, executive functioning challenges, and picky eating. She is the founder of Your Kid’s Table, where she creates practical, evidence-based resources that help families and therapists confidently support children in everyday life.
Alisha is the creator of The Connection Hive, a membership that provides parents with step-by-step support for emotional regulation, sensory processing, and executive functioning, as well as the Therapist All Access Membership, which gives occupational therapists access to AOTA-approved continuing education, workshops, clinical resources, and practical treatment strategies. She has also developed several AOTA-approved courses, including RISE with Sensory, Primitive Reflex Foundations, and Mealtime Works.
