1. LOGGING IN FOR THE 1st TIME? 

When you purchased your All-Access Pass, you got an email to set up your username and password. Use those credentials to sign in for 2019, 2020, or 2021.

2. I lost my username or password?

Go to the exact inbox you signed up with and search for an email with the subject:

"CONGRATS! Your TEFOS All-Access Pass Login Info is HERE"

3. Is my username and password the SAME for all years?

2019, 2020, 2021 use the SAME login info.

You created a DIFFERENT username and password for 2022, 2023.

To locate this info, search your inbox for "TEFOS All-Access Pass".

4. WEIRD LOGIN PROBLEM? 

Some tech things don't "play nice with each other", and this can cause glitchy login problems.

Some suffixes tend to be more problematic: @aol.com, @hotmail.com, @.edu, @xkes.ma.
